Armstrong Votes Against House Gun Legislation That Passes

(Bismarck, ND)  --  Congressman Kelly Armstrong says he was defending Second Amendment rights when he voted against a U.S. House gun bill.  Armstrong cast his vote yesterday on a bill that would expand background checks on all commercial gun sales.  The North Dakota Republican called the bill and similar legislation "radical gun control efforts" that are ineffective.  The bill passed and is headed to the Senate.
