(St. Paul, MN) -- A steep decline in reported COVID-19 related deaths in Minnesota Monday.
The state department of health reported and additional 829 cases of Coronavirus over the past 24 hours, including eight in Clay County.
Only one death from COVID-19 was reported statewide Monday, that being a person in their mid-to-late 70s from a long-term care facility in Ramsey County.
At least 1,260,771 Minnesotans have received at least one dose of a Coronavirus vaccine, while 724,692 residents have been full vaccinated against the virus. That translates to roughly 13% of the state's total population.
