(West Fargo, ND) -- City commissioners in West Fargo say yes to ending a policy that strongly encourages mask wearing, but doesn't penalize anyone for not doing so. Members voted 4-1 last night to let the city's mask strategy expire March 22nd. They also said no to efforts examining whether Bonanzaville and the Red River Valley Fairgrounds should be annexed.
