(Minot, ND) -- North Dakota continues to be stuck in a drought. A hydrologist with the National Weather Service says western North Dakota has been in a drought since last April, with dry conditions expected to continue. Some experts say that any rain that falls in the summer will not be enough to reverse some of the agricultural damage that has already occurred.
