(Fargo, ND) -- The Fargo Police Department giving the public another heads up as a registered sex offender has moved into the area.
Authorities say 38-year-old Patrick Roy Moore has registered his address at 352 21st Street North in Fargo.
Moore was convicted back on April 13th, 2016 of two counts of Gross Sexual Imposition in Burleigh County District Court and another count in McLean County District Court. Court documents show that the then 31-year-old had sexual relations several times with a 14-year-old female victim.
Moore is a lifetime registrant, and is considered at HIGH-RISK offender.
