(Fargo, ND) -- Gas prices are increasing ahead of the Memorial Day holiday, but state experts doubt North Dakota motorists will see prices top three dollars a gallon. Analysts with Triple A say gas prices are beginning to settle down across the state. They say recent increases were caused by refinery problems in Texas and increased driving as the nation emerges from the pandemic.
