Seasonal Load Limits Lifted On North Dakota Highways

(Bismarck, ND) -- Beginning tomorrow morning, seasonal load limits on North Dakota highways across the southwest region will be lifted.  These limits cover roads south of Interstate 94 to the Missouri River.  The restrictions are designed to protect roads left vulnerable by the spring thaw, and they're lifted when roads have stabilized enough to handle normal loads.  Restrictions can still change according to the weather, so motorists are reminded to check the load restriction map each day.
