(Cass County, ND) -- Although an appointment is no longer needed for public access to Cass County Government buildings, Human Service Zone strongly encourages clients and community partners to continue to make appointments or to conduct business via phone, email, mail, or the drop box in the lobby of the Annex building.
The Annex building drop box is accessible Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (excluding holidays). When in-person visits are necessary, Human Service Zone strongly encourages residents to make an appointment in advance to ensure workers are available and adequate space can be reserved for social distancing.

Residents are still encouraged to follow all local health guidelines and face masks will be strongly encouraged to be worn inside any Cass County Government buildings.
