Coronavirus Tracker: 1,994 New Cases, Two New Deaths in MN

(St. Paul, MN) -- Cases of COVID-19 remain high in Minnesota, as deaths continue to drop and more vaccines go into arms across the state.

The state department of health reported an additional 1,994 cases of the virus Monday, including 32 in Clay County.

Two new deaths, a person in their 40s from Dakota County and a another in their 80s from Hennepin County, were also reported.

2,084,627 Minnesotans have received at least one dose of a Coronavirus Vaccine, while 1,420,328 have completed the vaccination process. The equates to roughtly 25% of the state being fully vaccinated.
