(Fargo, ND) -- North Dakota's COVID emergency declaration has been lifted. Governor Doug Burgum made the call, saying higher vaccination rates are leading to this decision. The declaration was made 15 months ago. Healthcare leaders encourage as many people as possible to become vaccinated.
