UPDATE 2: The woman who had barricaded herself in a vehicle in Downtown Fargo, accused of stabbing 3 people, has been safely removed from the vehicle. The standoff appears to be over.
UPDATE: Fargo Police say three people have non-life threatening injuries after being stabbed near the Mexican Village Restaurant in Downtown Fargo off 8th and Main. The suspect, who is armed, is said to have barricaded themselves inside a vehicle in the Mexican Village parking lot. Officers and SWAT are trying to negotiate with the suspect. Several armed vehicles are at the scene.
(Fargo, ND) -- There is a heavy police response involving the SWAT team after a reported stabbing in Downtown Fargo. This is all going down on the east side of Mexican Village. Unconfirmed witness reports say multiple people may have been stabbed by a naked woman, who has now barricaded herself inside a vehicle in the Mexican Village parking lot. FPD has shut down Main Ave from University to 8th Street S. 1st Avenue S is also closed from 8th to 10th Street South. This went down around 12:45pm.
