(Cass County, ND) -- The Cass County Sheriff's Office is warning the public about a high risk sex offender living in the area.
Deputies say 40-year-old Tina Joann Haws is now residing at 109 2nd Street North in Chaffee.
Haws is listed at 5'11 with blonde hair and blue eyes. She multiple convictions of misconduct, including a 2012 sexual assault charge stemming from an incident with an 18-year-old male and 16-year-old female, and a 3rd degree Sexual conduct charge from Minnesota in 1999 involving a 14-year-old girl.
