(Fargo, ND) -- The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Tayari Chanel Meadows, is currently registered as homeless, in Fargo.
The 26-year-old was convicted on December 9th, 2015 of Human Trafficking in Ward County District Court, and is a lifetime registrant.
Meadows was assessed as a HIGH-RISK offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee.
