(Moorhead, MN) -- Beginning June 9th, Otter Tail Valley Railroad will switch to its permanent track.
Following the switch, the temporary track will be removed, and a two-week period allowing night construction (excavation only) is anticipated to begin the week of June 14th.
After excavation is completed, construction will return to normal operating hours of 7 am to 7 pm.
