UPDATE FROM FPD:
This morning, officers responded to 1717 13 1/2 St. S. for a male, identified as Tristan Patrick Olson, 25 years old of Fargo, who had doused the house with gasoline and threatened to start the house on fire. Officers responded, set up a perimeter and tried to establish communication with Olson for several hours. Fargo Fire assisted officers with making the house safe to enter. A team of officers cleared the house without finding Tristan. Olson was just located and detained nearby. He will be provided medical attention and transported to the Cass County Jail for Terrorizing.

(Fargo, ND) -- Fargo Police are evacuating homes and the area surrounding 1717 13 1/2 St. S. The reason, FPD says, an adult male who doused the house in gasoline and threatened to start the house on fire. Everyone except the adult male has been evacuated from the home, and gas to the house has been shut off. Police say they are actively trying to communicate with the male.
