UPDATE: Xcel says estimated time for restoration is 12:30pm
(Fargo, ND) -- Xcel Energy says more than 3,200 customers have been impacted by a power failure that began around 9:30 Sunday morning. In a statement posted on the utility's outage map, Xcel says crews are out assessing the situation and looking into the fault. No time was given for power restoration. According to Xcel, communities impacted include Baker, Barnesville, Comstock, Dilworth, Fargo, Glyndon, Moorhead, Sabin and Wolverton.
