(Fargo, ND) -- The Fargo Police Department says they have arrested the person they believe is responsible for setting the fire at the Fry'n Pan Restaurant is in custody.
Officers say 29-year-old Nathan Ouren is now under arrest.
Fargo Police Officers had previously reported they had cause to arrest Ouren for Aggravated Endangering by Fire.
A report was completed and submitted for the consideration of charges to the State’s Attorney’s Office.
