(Fargo, ND) -- The Fargo Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in identifying the person in the pictures photos in connection to a vehicle fire that occurred early Tuesday morning in the 900 block of 4th Avenue South.
FPD has worked closely with the Fargo Fire Department to investigate the circumstances leading up to the vehicle becoming engulfed in fire.
