(Fargo, ND) -- The Hotel Donaldson in downtown Fargo is found not liable in a civil case about a deadly fight that happened outside the building. The case is from a May 2017 fight where Jamie Grant was killed. The altercation involved Grant, Christopher Sang and Darren Patterson. Sang suffered a traumatic brain injury. He and Grant's wife sued the hotel, claiming staff should have known the three would fight after getting kicked out.
