(Fargo, ND) -- A Fargo man is accused of physically abusing an eleven-year-old girl.
Court documents say 73-year-old Larry Baldner called a group of children playing basketball on the 27-hundred block of 33 1/2 Avenue South a racial slur. Baldner told the youths to get off his property then slapped the girl and chocked her, lifting her off the ground.
Baldner is also charged with preventing arrest and simple assault.
