(Fargo, ND) -- The State's Attorney's office is reviewing a North Fargo standoff case.
Police responded to a report of gunfire last week, which involved a domestic situation that led to a neighborhood being told to shelter in place. A woman and child were able to safely escape the house where the situation happened.
The suspect was taken into custody in Moorhead a few hours later, but eventually released with no charges.
