Boo! at NDSU with NDSU Soccer set for October 24th

(Fargo, ND) -- In partnership with NDSU Soccer this year, the annual Boo! at NDSU event is back.

The carnival-like event will feature trunk-or-treating and a variety of activities sponsored by student organizations and groups. The carnival typically takes about an hour for children to take part in the activities at all of the booths. Carnival activities are geared towards ages 10 and under, but all ages are welcome.

The NDSU women’s soccer game will begin at 1 p.m. at Dacotah Field.

“Our students and athletes are so excited to welcome the community and show children what it is like to be in college,” said Jen Kacere, assistant director for leadership development in the Department of Residence Life. “Boo! at NDSU with NDSU Soccer is a safe and fun event for the entire family. We encourage families to attend the carnival and stay to watch the NDSU soccer team take on Denver.”

Free parking will be available in the R Lot, west of the Shelly Ellig Indoor Track and Field Facility. The event is scheduled for Sunday, October 24th, from noon to 2 p.m. at the F Lot, south of the Sanford Health Athletic Complex and is free and open to the public.
