(Bismarck, ND) -- Former Fargo Police Chief Chris Magnus is President Biden's nominee for Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
He will appear before a Senate committee today to discuss his qualifications. The White House says a key factor in Magnus' nomination was his focus on building relationships between the police and community.
He is currently the police chief in Tucson, Arizona.
