The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Dustin Ray Fredrickson, has moved to 2113 9 Ave S #2, Fargo, ND. Fredrickson has been assessed as a high-risk offender by the North Dakota Risk Assessment Committee. The following information describes Fredrickson and his offenses:

33 years old, 5’9”, 220 lbs., blue eyes, brown hair

Fargo, North Dakota
Fredrickson was convicted of Solicitation of a Minor <15 in Cass County District Court ND on October 30, 2019 and Criminal Sexual Conduct-4th degree in Clay County District Court MN on April 6, 2015. His victims were 15, 16 year old females.
Fredrickson is a lifetime registrant.
