(Fargo, ND) -- Several traffic issues have plagued Fargo-Moorhead roadways in the wake of our first winter weather advisory this holiday season.

The Minnesota State Patrol responded early Friday morning to a Semi that jackknifed off I-94 just east of Moorhead. The incident causing a back-up for a while as crews got the big rig back on track. Several other incidents involving semis near Barnesville and Sabin also caused backups.

In Cass County, Sheriff Jesse Jahner says a few spin outs and cars in a few ditches have occurred, but nothing major as of late Friday morning.

Roadways are progressing and improving, but authorities still ask you to take your time throughout the rest of the day. You can find a link to school closures and delays in our area by clicking here.
