(Fargo, ND) -- Cass County State's Attorney Birch Burdick has announced that Anthony Reese, Jr. was charged today with two counts of murder and one count of murder of an unborn child, in connection with the shooting in Fargo Wednesday afternoon.
Each count is a class AA felony, punishable by up to life imprisonment without parole. Reese's first court appearance was scheduled for Thursday morning at 9:00 AM.
The victims in the shooting are identified as 32-year-old Fargo resident April Carbone, and her unborn child. The other adult victim is 43-year-old Fargo resident Richard Pittman.
