(Grand Forks, ND) -- A woman was cited after hitting a parked pickup and flipping her vehicle in Grand Forks this morning. Samantha Dauphinais, 32 of Grand Forks, was not hurt in the crash but was cited for “care required”. Firefighters had to remove the windshield to get her out of the wreckage.
The crash happened in the 1100 block of 5th Ave. N. just before 10 a.m.
