(Fargo, ND) -- A nurse at North Dakota's only abortion clinic says she is worried about abortion rights both within the state and the country.

Sarah Haeder has been with the Red River Woman's Center since 2008, and says the director of the center has been in Washington D.C all week protesting at the Supreme Court.

The court is listening arguments over a Mississippi law that bans abortions after 15-weeks. If the rules in favor of Mississippi, she worries it could lead to Roe v. Wade could be overturned.

The case is still being discussed within the Supreme Court.
