(Moorhead, MN) -- A Clay County Grand Jury has indicted Idris Haji-Mohamed withe one count of 1st Degree Murder, in connection with a shooting in Moorhead on September 10th, 2021. Haji-Mohamed was initially charged with one count of 2nd Degree Murder - Intentional.
The Grand Jury also indicted Ibrahim Isaac with one count of Aiding and Abetting Murder 1st Degree, Premeditation in connection to the shooting.
The man who died in the shooting is identified as 32-year old Abdi Abdi.
If convicted on the 1st Degree Murder charge, Haji-Mohamed could face life in prison. His next court appearance is scheduled for December 21st at 2:30 pm.
Isaac's next court appearance is scheduled for December 16th at 3:00 pm.
