Recognize this tattoo? Highway Patrol asks public for help identifying accident victim

(Fargo, ND) --The North Dakota Highway Patrol is asking for the public's help in identifying a man who suffered life threatening injuries after being struck by a car in Fargo.
The incident happened Monday December 13th at the intersection of 25th Street S and 13th Avenue S.

Investigators say 18-year-old Fargo resident Nataniel Solomon drove through the intersection on a green light and struck the man who was walking across 25th Street in a crosswalk.
The teen driver stopped and cooperated in the investigation.

The Highway Patrol says the man who was struck is 30 to 45 years old, Caucasian or possibly Native American, with salt and pepper hair, with thinning hair and a receding hair line.  His height is 5'-10" to 6'-2" and between 200 and 240 pounds.  He also has a distinctive scorpion tattoo on his left shoulder.
