Moorhead -- Moorhead Police continue to investigate after several people were found dead inside a home Saturday night.  Police responded to a 911 call at a residence in 4400 block of 13th St. S. around 7:50pm on a report that several individuals had been found dead inside.

Family members conducting a welfare check found those inside the home dead and called police.

Moorhead Police and Fire responded to the scene and discovered the individuals deceased.  It’s not known how the deaths occurred, but police say there were no signs of violence or forced entry and there are no known threats to the public. Police haven't said how old the victims are but neighbors say there were children that lived in the home.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension Crime Scene Team is assisting with the investigation.
