(Moorhead, MN) -- Moorhead Police are investigating a shooting which was reported Monday morning around 7:00. It happened in the 900 block of 23 Avenue South. Responding officers found a man suffering from non-life threatening gunshot wounds. He was taken to an area hospital.
Police say the investigation is ongoing and there is no threat to the public. Police also say the shooting was not a "random act". No one has been arrested in connection with the case. Anyone with information in the shooting is asked to call the Red River Regional Dispatch Center at 701-451-7660 to speak with the on-duty Moorhead Police supervisor.
