NDSU grad named head of South Dakota GOP

(Fargo, ND) -- North Dakota-native and NDSU graduate Terin Lucero is the new executive director of the South Dakota Republican Party.  

Lucero most recently served as Director of Data Analytics for Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin. He says his main goal is to achieve 100-percent Republican membership to the state legislature.  

Currently, in South Dakota, the GOP controls 32 of 35 Senate seats and 62 of 70 House seats.
