The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Epifanio Walker Benitez Jr., registered at 727 14 St N , Fargo, ND. Benitez has been assessed as a high-risk offender by the North Dakota Risk Assessment Committee. The following information describes Benitez and his offense:

Benitez was convicted on January 2, 2002 in Burleigh County District Court ND of Gross Sexual Imposition. The victim was a 14 year old female. He was also convicted on June 2, 1997 in Ward County District Court ND of Corruption/Solicitation of a Minor. The victim was a 17 year old female. He is a lifetime registrant.
