(Grand Forks, ND) -- The University of North Dakota is set to be the first institution in the state to offer a Bachelor of Science in Esports.
The State Board of Higher Education recently approved the program, which focuses on competitive gaming and development.
The Esports major and minor will be housed in the College of Education and Human Development's Department of Kinesiology. Offerings will begin this fall.
