(West Fargo, ND) -- Police arrested a suspect following a chase on I-94 Friday night.
The West Fargo Police Department say they responded to a stolen vehicle report in the 600 block of 3rd Avenue E. The delivery vehicle was unattended and running at the time of the theft.
Officers located and attempted to stop the vehicle stolen by 31-year-old Noel Sauceda Jr.. That is when Sauceda Jr. fled with the vehicle, driving through West Fargo and on I-94 at high speeds. Officers successfuly deployed tire deflation spikes to disable the stolen vehicle. Sauceda Jr. then attempted to flee on foot, but was caught and transported to Cass County Jail.
WFPD says Sauceda Jr. is facing a Reckless Endangerment and Fleeing charge, with more potentially on the way.
