(West Fargo, ND) -- The City of West Fargo is asking the public to vote on their favorite designs to cover traffic light control boxes on Sheyenne Street.

"I think anytime that you go to visit a city whether it's a big city or a small city anywhere in the United States, especially in the downtown areas of these cities, what you tend to see is this gravitation toward public art installations," said City Planner Malachi Peterson.

City Planner Malachi Peterson said the city worked with the Arts Partnership of Fargo Moorhead to come with a selection of ten different artistic images for the public to choose from. The top 4 designs selected will be used to cover 4 light control boxes. Each person who votes can make three choices. Voting will run from now the through the end of the month. The West Fargo Public Art Advisory Committee is overseeing the project. Use the link below to cast a vote.
