New owner takes over at Fargo's Hotel Donaldson

(Fargo, ND) -- A new owner is taking over downtown Fargo's Hotel Donaldson.

President of Slainte Holdings and one of the owners of Blarney Stone announced the purchase Monday on Twitter. The hotel is located at the corner of First Avenue North and Broadway and was described on a commercial real estate website as a luxury hotel with 17 suites, two ground floor restaurants, a wine cellar and tasting room, and a rooftop bar.

No word on the sale price, but the hotel was listed at nearly four million dollars.
