Jamestown Police warn of several vehicles broken into

(Jamestown, ND) -- Jamestown Police are warning of several vehicle break-ins recently in the city.

The department taking to social media to warn residents of break-ins around the area of Deer Ridge and south towards 14th, 15th and 16th avenue Northeast. Authorities say items or valuables may have been left in plain sight inside the cars, which does lead robbers to break-in more frequently.

The Department reminding folks to keep those valuable out of sight or out of your car in general. They're also asking any resident with Ring doorbell cameras in the area to contact JPD for possible valuable footage of the break-ins.
