(Fargo, ND) -- The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Cam Ian Kenmille, registered at Centre, 123 15 Street North in Fargo.
Kenmille was convicted of Aggravated Sexual Abuse and Abusive Sexual Contact in U.S. Federal Court on February 11th, 2015. His victims were under the age of 15. Kenmille is a lifetime registrant in the state.
The 30-year-old was assessed as a high-risk offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee.
