(Gardner, ND) -- Two men are injured after a single vehicle crash and rollover three miles south of Gardner.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the driver, 42-year-old Balbahudar Aluakh from Winnipeg, was driving a 2022 Volvo semi truck southbound on I-29 when it partially entered the west ditch. The truck attempted to reenter the lane. Aluakh's truck was pulling a refrigerated trailer loaded with French fries, which stayed in the west ditch, causing both the semi-truck and trailer to turn sideways onto the interstate.

The truck came to rest on its passenger side, coming to rest in the median facing north.

Both Aluakh and the passenger, 34-year-old Rohit Humar from Winnipeg, sustained minor injuries and were taken to Sanford in Fargo. The crash is under investigation.
