(Fargo, ND) -- The trial of a 40-year-old Raymond Gun is now over receiving a not guilty verdict.
Gunn was accused of murdering 41-year-old Eric Hayes in the parking lot of a Loaf 'N Jug near NDSU. Gunn and his attorneys maintained that he fired his weapon in self-defense, to protect himself from Hayes. Surveillance video shows Hayes chasing Gunn around a vehicle, as Gunn stumbles and falls onto his back - shooting Hayes as Gunn fell.
