Minnesota murder suspect arrested during South Fargo SWAT investigation

(Fargo, ND) -- A Minnesota man has been taken to the Cass County Jail after a search warrant was carried out by the Red River Valley SWAT team and Fargo Police Tuesday morning.

Authorities say 44-year-old James Nynotae was arrested without incident at the Dakota Park Apartments just before 10 a.m. Tuesday off 34th avenue south.

Nynotae, who is wanted for murder in Champlain Park, Minnesota, was taken into custody without incident.

No weapon was found in the search warrant, and crews dispersed shortly after the warrant was served.
