Becker County ninth in Minnesota to have Bird Flu

(St. Paul, MN) -- Another flock of Minnesota birds is being affected by bird flu.

The state Board of Animal Health says Becker County has been impacted by bird flu. Officials say avian influenza was spotted recently in a flock of 45-thousand turkeys in the county.

Bird flu has impacted nine counties in Minnesota so far this year. Only one county in North Dakota, Kidder County, has seen Bird Flu to this point.
