(Fargo, ND) -- A medical resident is claiming that the University of North Dakota and Sanford Health discriminated and retaliated against her after she filed a sexual harassment complaint against her physician supervisor.
Dr. Fiona Axelsson is suing in federal court, accusing her residency supervisor Dr. Jason Myrmoe of sexually harassing her over an eight month period.
Sanford Health says they will "defend this case vigorously." UND has declined to comment.
