(Fargo, ND) -- Food and service industries across North Dakota are experiencing staffing shortages.
Leaders of the Chamber in the Fargo-Moorhead area say restaurants and fast food places are back to operating at full capacity and struggling to get enough workers for their shifts.
Many businesses are offering higher wages to attract employees.
