(Grand Forks, ND) -- A man is injured after rear-ending a snowplow in Grand Forks.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the snowplow was part of a convoy on I-29 around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon when a 48-year-old man driving a Buick hit the back of it during the blizzard.  The driver, identified as Jeffrey Leiberg, was injured and cited for careless driving-striking snow removal equipment. He suffered moderate injuries. The driver of the plow was not hurt.

There was blowing snow and blizzard conditions at the time of the crash.
