(Fargo, ND) -- Sanford Health Fargo will be hosting a day-long recruiting event on Wednesday, April 27th from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Delta Hotel by Marriott.
The healthcare provider is encouraging those who are seeking positions in health care or looking for an exciting new career path to attend the event to learn what Sanford Health has to offer in all non-clinical and clinical professions. The event will include engaging simulation booths, live seminars and interviews. Each booth will consist of learning activities related to specific job areas to engage the individuals as they learn more about the role and the departments within Sanford Health. The full schedule includes:
- 10 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.: Interactive Booths
- 10 – 11 a.m.: Resume and Interview Workshop
- 11 – 11:45 a.m.: Nursing Leadership Panel
- 11:45 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: Allied Health Leadership Panel
- 1 – 2 p.m.: Speed Networking
- 2 – 3 p.m.: Resume and Interview Workshops
- 3 – 3:45 p.m.: Nursing Leadership Panel
- 3:45 – 4:30 p.m.: Allied Health Leadership Panel
- 4:30 – 6:30 p.m.: Speed Networking
The interactive simulation booths will include activities related to specific job areas to engage the individuals as they learn more about the role, providing a preview of what a day-in-the-life would consist of, and learn about the various departments within Sanford Health.
Sanford human resources will host resume and interview workshops to provide tips and tricks to potential candidates. Human resources will also assist candidates with creating their resumes and provide mock interviews.
A Sanford nursing leadership panel will feature a mixture of hospital and clinic nursing leadership members to answer common questions by candidates and answer questions from the audience. An Allied Health Panel will have leadership members from various Allied Health roles to answer common questions asked by candidates and answer questions from the audience.
There will also be a speed networking seminar to provide candidates an opportunity to network one-on-one with different leaders about the various opportunities available to them.
