Fargo officials say developer could be in breach of contract

(Fargo, ND) -- Fargo City officials say a developer could be in breach of contract after missing a completion deadline on a project near the North Dakota State University campus.

Roers Development was working on ongoing construction at the St. Paul's Newman Center on University Drive. The project also included the development of student housing along with building seven town homes in the Roosevelt neighborhood.

The contract between Roers and the city ended in December of last year.
