(Grand Forks, ND) -- Grand Forks police are asking residents to take a look at a photo they've posted online of a person of interest they want to question about gas thefts in the area.
The photo is of a man standing at a gas pump. A car in question is also seen but there is a possibility the license plates are stolen.
